Challenge:
Managing the offboarding progress of vendors, while keeping them separate from active and onboarding counterparts, was not a straightforward and time-consuming endeavor. Establishing an efficient mechanism for tracking offboarding vendors is crucial for seamlessly continuing the assessment and oversight process during a potentially prolonged transition, influenced by contractual terms, physical asset retrieval, and digital data management.
Solution:
Created a Vendor Offboarding dashboard visible to ALL client users.
Additional permission based abilities:
- Start the vendor offboarding process.
- Automate task using Advanced Workflows.
- Assign / reassign, edit, work on task.
- Approve or deny task.
- Cancel offboarding of vendor.
- Approve or deny the completed offboarding vendor request.
